My purpose & vision is to empower, inspire, educate, teach & encourage people (especially women & children) to take full ownership and/or reclaim ownership of their lives and their destinies. I strive to put the fun in learning and personal growth. To teach women who they truly are as women and embrace their feminine essence. I teach women how to fall back into the comfort of their natural born intuition & creativity and put their dreams back into drive. Creating a lifestyle that is fit for a Queen and allowing Grace & Good to direct their paths.
I teach men that they live in a safe world and it is more than ok to share their “true” selves with the women (and men) in their lives. To teach them that the true power is in the surrender and the authenticity that is their natural state of being. This allows all of us to awaken our spirits & opens us to receive & give love in the purest most rewarding ways. I always do my best to speak and live from my truth and own the beauty of what lives from within my own essence.

I believe in and teach gender equality through Co-operation and Co-Creation. I have been well seasoned and am trained & skilled in Discovery Processing, Intensive Breakthrough & Leadership Strategies as well as intensive Relationship Training. As a coach & teacher in group settings as well as individual, I teach The New M.E. Method which always places responsibility and creation of lives exactly in the hands that deserve the power. Empowering & inspiring lives through writing, coaching, mentoring, consulting, teaching, speaking & entertainment.
