In the Spirit of Sisterhood, I mentor & coach single mothers, and women alike through the transition of co-dependency, anger, misguided religious teachings, broken hearts & dreams, U.G.L.Y Duckling hardships & menstream into the beauty of a Mainstream S.W.A.N.
I am dedicated to making a way where there were once excuses, teaching, empowering, coaching women, through creating affordable individual & group coaching programs, mentorship, retreats, etc.
